Eurofound is recruiting an ICT Systems Specialist (Grade: AST4) who will report to the Head of ICT, as part of Eurofound's Resources Unit. The duties of the role will be to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently by improving the management of our hybrid cloud infrastructure, as well as contributing to the automation of business processes.
The successful candidate will be an EU citizen, fluent in at least 2 EU languages - including an excellent level of English, with relevant education / training, work experience and appropriate technical skills. They will be expected to have knowledge / experience of cloud computing, of implementing and administering Microsoft infrastructure solutions and of scripting and automation using Microsoft power Platform.
A maximum of 12 candidates will be shortlisted and will be invited to (online) competency tests and interviews with the Selection Committee in February 2025.

Eurofound is recruiting an Internal Control and Risk Management Officer who will assist the Head of Unit in developing and implementing a risk management and control strategy, establishing procedures for monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control, and carrying out assessments of the sound functioning of the Internal Control System. The job holder will strengthen the design and implementation of internal controls, conduct assessments and checks, and provide recommendations for enhancing control environments and minimising risks. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, identifying risks and control deficiencies, implementing mitigating actions and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity.
The successful candidate will be an EU citizen, fluent in at least 2 EU languages - including an excellent level of English (C1), with a university degree, at least three years professional experience following graduation, and meet the personal and professional requirements for the duties involved. A valid professional certification (e.g. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Government Audit Professional (CGAP), Certified Compliance Risk and Internal Control Manager (CCR) is required.

Eurofound is setting up a reserve list from which to recruit Research Support Officers (Contract Agent: Function Group IV).
Research Support Officers can be assigned to one of the 3 Eurofound research units – Employment, Working Life and Social Policies and contribute to the formulation, coordination and management of European-wide studies and surveys, with a particular focus on the ongoing development and maintenance of Eurofound’s online quantitative and qualitative databases and the preparation of datasets and their secondary analyses.
The successful candidate will be an EU citizen, fluent in at least 2 EU languages - including an excellent level of English, relevant experience and appropriate technical skills with a university degree (or professional training of an equivalent level, where justified in the interest of the service) – preferably in statistics and data analysis, sociology, economics, political science, business studies, psychology, labour law, industrial relations or related areas.
A maximum of 30 candidates will be shortlisted and will be invited to (online) competency tests and interview with the Selection Committee in June 2024.

Eurofound is organising an open selection procedure to establish a reserve list from which to recruit a candidate to the role of Brussels Liaison Office (BLO) Liaison Officer (Contract Agent Function Group IV).
The Liaison Officer will contribute to maintaining and further strengthening the relations of Eurofound with its stakeholders – social partners and EU institutions; enlarging the impact of Eurofound’s work, its visibility and policy relevance at EU level; monitoring developments and contributing to EU policymaking through promotion of Eurofound’s work in the areas covered by its mandate. The Liaison Officer shall closely cooperate, coordinate activities and where needed - support the Senior Liaison Manager in the Brussels Liaison Office.
The successful candidate will be an EU citizen, fluent in at least 2 EU languages - including an excellent level of English, relevant experience and appropriate technical skills with a university degree.

The post-graduate traineeship programme is addressed to recent university graduates, without excluding those who – in the framework of lifelong learning – have recently obtained their university qualification and are at the beginning of a new professional career.
Six-month traineeships will be offered on the basis that the candidate has the ability to participate to the extent necessary and will benefit from the experience. The traineeship can be extended up to a maximum of 12 months.
