Employment of people with disabilities in small and medium-sized enterprises

How can people with disabilities have better access to employment in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)? In this report, the question is addressed by focusing on the opinions of people with disabilities and their employers, managers and co-workers. The results are based on company case-studies from six Member States: France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and United Kingdom.
