23 - 25 June 2014, Como, Italy
Venue: Villa Vigoni, Como
The 9th Conference 'Social Monitoring and Reporting in Europe - The Quality of Society and Individual Quality of Life – How do they relate?' is organised by the research centres Censis and GESIS in cooperation with the German-Italian centre Villa Vigoni and will take place at Villa Vigoni, Como from 23 to 25 June 2014.
Regular social reporting is the most important application of social indicators and quality of life research and aims to regularly monitor and analyse the living conditions and well-being of the population and their changes over time. It generates comprehensive quantitative information and analytical knowledge on the current state and change of a society or a group of societies which can be used for different purposes, for example policy making.
Tadas Leončikas, Research Manager at Eurofound’s Living Conditions and Quality of Life, will give a presentation on Quality of society and individual well-being: key findings from the European Quality of Life Survey.
