The 9th European congress of the International Industrial Relations Association (IIRA) will be held at the city campus of the University of Copenhagen and will address the following themes:
The diverse labour force – new and old challenges
Workplace relations and HR – back to collectivism?
Employment policies – labour demand, demography and social partners
Regulating employment in Europe – processes, actors and governance
Eurofound seminars
As a corporate member of the IIRA, Eurofound has played an active role in previous European and world congresses, contributing to the debate at conference sessions, seminars and events. The Industrial Relations annual review will be launched at the event. Eurofound’s latest research results will also be presented at the following seminars:

Eurofound's point of contact at the congress
Eurofound will be pleased to welcome delegates to its publications stand situated in the Exhibition Area, where staff will be on hand to provide details of research findings and activities and to answer queries. During the coffee breaks on each day of the congress, staff will give short presentations on Eurofound most relevant and recent research results.
