Abstract
I perioden 1999-2004 undersøgte instituttet arten og omfanget af ordninger for ansattes finansielle medejerskab i EU. I undersøgelserne så man nærmere på de nationale politikker og nøgleinvestorernes holdning til udvikling og implementering af sådanne ordninger. Det fremgik, at de statslige myndigheder og de centrale arbejdsmarkedsorganisationer spiller, om end i forskellig udstrækning, en afgørende rolle med hensyn til de nationale rammer for økonomisk deltagelse, og at de således kan have indflydelse på hvor meget, hvordan og i hvilken form økonomisk deltagelse anvendes på virksomhedsplan.
