Abstract
I foråret 2006 oprettede Kongressen af Lokale og Regionale Myndigheder i Europa under Europarådet sammen med byen Stuttgart og Eurofound et europæisk netværk af byer vedrørende lokal politik for integration af indvandrere (CLIP - European network of Cities for Local Integration Policy of Migrants). I de følgende to år trådte byerne Wien og Amsterdam ind i netværkets styringsudvalg. CLIP-netværket støttes også af Regionsudvalget og De Europæiske Kommuners og Regioners Råd (CEMR) og har endvidere indgået et partnerskab med Det Europæiske Netværk mod Racisme (ENAR).
