Objectives
Organised by the Order of Engineers - Northern region, the congress will examine the changes in the workplace and in the labour force caused by the economic crisis in Europe and the various austerity measures enforced by the Member States. It will question the future of the quality of work and competitiveness in Europe, and the role of OSH in the prevention of occupational risks arising from technical and social changes that are happening in the workplace.
The following topics will be discussed during the two days:
active aging
quality of working life
management indicators of health and safety at work
dynamism and simplification of methodologies for risk assessment
impact of legislation on the definition of new strategies for the prevention of occupational risks
new emerging risks
new challenges in the construction industry in terms of safety at work, etc.
