Seminar on 'flexibility policies at the company level: a common interest?' 1–2 October 2008, Brussels, Belgium

Company Network Seminars are tripartite events designed to foster capacity building and knowledge sharing among practitioners. Based on real-life experiences of change management processes in companies, the seminars address current topics of interest high on the boardroom and EU policy agendas.

This Company Network Seminar will be held in the headquarters of Dexia Group in Brussels on 1-2 October 2008. It will set out to explore the role of internal flexibility policies at the company level and how these can contribute to enhancing business and worker adaptability in a constantly changing work environment. In this context, flexible work practices have an increasingly important function in meeting the interests and demands of employees’ for greater work-life balance and skills development, whilst also enabling companies to remain competitive and productive.
