The European Working Conditions Telephone Survey (EWCTS) 2021 provides a wide-ranging picture of job quality across countries, occupations, sectors, gender and age groups in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 *NOTE: For this edition of the survey, undertaken during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was necessary to adapt from face-to-face to computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI). As a result, comparison with previous editions of the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS) is limited.
