Abstract
Les services publics de protection sociale sont directement au service des citoyens afin de répondre à leurs besoins en matière d’emploi, de santé, de logement, d’éducation, de sécurité sociale et d’assistance. Ces services participent à la création de sociétés plus productives, mais également plus intégrées et mieux soudées. Ils sont particulièrement importants pour les personnes marginalisées ou plus généralement exclues de la société.
