On 6 and 7 October 2016, AEDIPE will hold the Association’s 50th International Congress at the Baluarte Conference Centre in Pamplona. Conference members will be welcome to share reflections, knowledge and experiences on the 'Future of work'.
AEDIPE (Spanish Association for People Management and Development) is a private, non-profit professional association independent from any political or trade union body or institution. It groups professionals dedicated to activities related to Human Resources and People Management in organisations throughout Spain. Today, more than 2,000 professionals belong to AEDIPE which is in turn member of the EAPM (European Association for People Management) and WFPMA (World Federation for People Management Associations).
Eurofound contribution
Juan Menéndez-Valdés, Eurofound Director, will take part in a debate on Factors of change: Flexibility and commitment in new organisational structures, on 6 October, as well as present findings from the project on New Forms of Employment, the European Jobs Monitor, the 3rd European Company Survey and the 6th European Working Conditions Survey.
