Godina 2021. druga je godina u kojoj je pandemija bolesti COVID-19 definirala živote i rad Europljana, a Eurofound je nastavio sa svojim radom na istraživanju i bilježenju mnogih različitih utjecaja u državama članicama EU-a. Život i rad u Europi 2021. daje uvid u promjene u području zaposlenja, rada i životnih uvjeta u Europi, na temelju podataka prikupljenih u istraživačkim aktivnostima Eurofounda tijekom 2021. U ovom su godišnjem izvješću sažeti i nalazi Agencije o drugim izazovnim aspektima društvenog i gospodarskog života, uključujući rodnu ravnopravnost pri zapošljavanju, nejednakost raspodjele bogatstva i nedostatak radne snage, koji će znatno utjecati na oporavak od pandemije, otpornost na rat u Ukrajini i uspješan prijelaz na zelenu i digitalnu budućnost. Eurofoundovo istraživanje o radnim i životnim uvjetima u Europi temelj je dokaza za doprinos oblikovanju socijalne politike i postizanju vizije Agencije „da bude vodeći izvor znanja u Europi za bolji život i rad”.
Godišnjem izvješću priloženo je konsolidirano godišnje izvješće za 2021., kojim Agencija službeno izvješćuje o operacijama, osoblju i proračunima – vidjeti povezani sadržaj.
