Restructuring Forum: Socially responsible restructuring worlwide, 5 - 6 december 2011, Brussels, Belgium

Objectives

The Restructuring Forum, organised by the European Commission in cooperation with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), will bring together experts from around the world to exchange views on the way restructuring is addressed in different socio-economic and institutional contexts.

The Forum will try to depict the main national, state and regional policies and trends in the area of enterprise restructuring, and document relevant transnational developments which may impact on such policies and trends (e.g., transnational company agreements impacting on several countries where the multinational operates, deepening regional integration, etc).

Eurofound speakers

Eurofound will contribute to the session on Evolving industrial relations systems and legal frameworks which runs from 16:45 – 18:45 on 5 December.

Eurofound will also launch the new ERM report and showcase the ERM online database on support instruments during the Forum.
