Abstract
L’aumento dei posti di lavoro nei servizi alla famiglia in Europa costituisce uno strumento per incrementare il tasso di occupazione. Ciò malgrado, in tutta l’Unione sta progressivamente emergendo la consapevolezza politica che non basta raggiungere e mantenere una crescita economica ed occupazionale sostenuta, ma occorre anche garantire che tale crescita si traduca in posti di lavoro qualitativamente soddisfacenti.
