The Swedish Association for Working Life Research Forum för arbetslivsforskning (FALF) and the Nordic Working Life Conference (NWLC) are organising the 7th Nordic Working Life Conference 2014 at the University of Göteborg in Sweden on 11-13 June 2014.
The organisers intend to create a forum for fellow researchers to discuss threats and possibilities facing Nordic working life. The 'Nordic model' and Nordic working life are often seen as unitary and grounded in very similar social democratic welfare State models. During the past decades the Nordic States, management and work organisations have encountered challenges and undergone change.
Donald Storrie, Head of Employment and Change at Eurofound, will speak about new evidence on the changing structure of employment in Europe [summary keynote speech] .
