The European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE) is organising a round table meeting entitled 'The European sectoral social dialogue in education. Promoting its potentials through strengthened capacities and knowledge at national level' in Bucharest on 20th February 2014.

The event will be opened by Martin Rømer, ETUCE European Director and will include a speech by Remus Pricopie, Minister of National Education of Romania.

Eurofound contribution

Christian Welz, Research Manager at Eurofound’s Working Conditions and Industrial Relations Unit, will give a presentation on 'The effects of the economic crisis on the social dialogue in Europe: Challenges and possible responses of the social partners in the public sector'.
