EU Presidency of Slovenia high-level conference on 'Quality Work for a Quality Life'

The EU Presidency of Slovenia is organising a high-level conference on 7 October 2021 on the provision of quality work through changes in the balance between professional and family life, lifelong acquisition of skills and knowledge, and ensuring a safe and healthy workplace, including in the professions of the future and new forms of work. Discussions will focus on a quality work environment, taking into account increasing digitalisation, automation and robotisation in the world of work.

Eurofound is preparing the background paper for the Presidency conference and Barbara Gerstenberger, Head of Unit for Working Life at Eurofound, will provide a presentation at the conference on Challenges for sustainable work.
