Panel of observations in national currency

Due to data availability and resulting gaps in series, the creation of a complete and reliable time series for 2015 to 2022 in all countries and cases was a challenge. Therefore, a carefully selected panel of agreements was created for 20 countries with sufficient data. The selection of agreements considers that data gaps due to missing agreement texts do not significantly impact the observed average figures, while maximising the number of agreements included. Time series capturing the entire period of observation were thus created for 13 countries.
